What We Teach
Our Programs
Every program is taught by people who have spent decades living these skills, not learning them from a book.
The Philosophy
Skills Taught by People Who Live Them
Every program at Amish Homesteading is led by someone who has actually done the work for years. John has farmed and built by hand his whole life. Delila has run a large household, sewn garments, and put up food every season. That’s who teaches here.

Food Preservation & Canning
Prepare produce and preserve it safely—practical steps, tools, and confidence for your pantry.

Timber & Construction
Hands-on building projects and tool confidence—small structures, repairs, and safe technique.

Sustainable Farming
Learn practical field skills—planting, cultivating, harvesting—and the rhythm of seasonal work.

Traditional Homemaking
Build home skills that serve real life: routines, hospitality basics, and simple practical systems.

Textile Arts & Sewing
Machine basics, patterns, cutting, and finishing—learn to make and mend with confidence.
